Aviation Business Certificate – Welcomes Ukrainian Student

Mykhailo Podrieza successfully completed the Aviation Business Certificate course. Mykhailo travelled all the way from Ukraine to attend the Aviation Business Certificate course. As an Aviation Engineering student at Kiev, Ukraine, Mikhailo attended the ABC course with the specific aim of gaining a clear understanding of the day to day activities at an airport and airline and the broader tourism sector.

ABC is an intensive one month aviation program which provides a holistic view of the Airline, Airport and Tourism industry as a whole. During the program Mykhailo integrated wholeheartedly with class progress and curriculum. This provided  him a thorough understanding of the inter-dependency of the tourism sectors. The program also provided him insights of how hotels and restaurants function and the overall tourism value chain. Along with his prior experience, the knowledge gained through this exposure will greatly enhance his expertise base whilst diversifying his skills sets and employability into a much broader tourism sector.
